Michael Roth

Michael Roth is an associate at Wisener Nunnally Gold, LLP.  He is licensed to practice law in Texas and before the United States District Courts for the Northern District of Texas, Southern District of Texas, Eastern District of Texas, and Western District of Texas.  He is a member of the Dallas Bar Association and Garland Bar Association.  He is currently the treasurer of the Garland Bar Association.

Michael received his undergraduate degree from Texas Christian University, graduating Phi Beta Kappa and magna cum laude.  He received his Juris Doctorate from George Mason University in Arlington, Virginia, where he graduated cum laude.

Michael’s practice focuses on representing financial institutions in commercial litigation and bankruptcy.  He also represents plaintiffs and defendants in breach of contract and breach of warranty cases.  Additionally, Michael represents clients in divorce proceedings.
